- We cannot ship to APO and FPO addresses.
- We cannot ship to PO Box address for Expedited Shipping.
- All items are manufactured and shipped directly from Thailand.

- Made to Order Items (MTO) require 2-6 weeks for production based on the manufacturer. (Thai national holidays are non exclusive of this time.

- Our Shipping Price based on the weight of the order. The shipping rate per kg will be lower when the order weight is higher

SOKSAI.COM REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Purchases made at Soksai.com are final. Sok Sai Gear does not allow refunds for any items purchases as they are all customized to each individual customer.
Refunds are only available if there are errors in the order from Sok Sai Gear.
Refunds must be authorized by Sok Sai Gear in Advance. Customers must contact Sok Sai Gear prior to proceeding with a refund by emailing info@soksai.com
Sok sai Gear is not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggests using a courier service that provides a tracking number.
Duties and Tax Policy
- We are not responsible for any duties or taxes fee from the customer destination countries.
- The customs regulations on import duties and taxes are different for each country. From our experiences, the duties and taxes will be very strict for South American Countries. Please check the customs rules and regulations in your country for further details.
Island Off Mainland
- Islands off the mainland of a country we reserve the right to send by expediting shipping service such as
- UPS
- Fedex
- DHL
- The customer will pay for this upgraded shipping.
- We take no responsibility for shipping by Thailand post or EMS to islands off the mainland such as:
- Jersey
- Channel Islands
- Any other Island off the mainland of a country
- If you order from our website or custom apparel or shorts and then notify Sok Sai Gear after that you would like the item(s) posted to an off mainland address, refunds are not applicable in this situation.
Shipping time
- The average shipping time in most countries is 1-2 weeks but in some cases can take up to 3 – 4 weeks with Air Mail, and 15-30 days with SAL. Those depend on the country and its custom’s issuing time. We hope you have an understanding that we have no influence on those factors.
- All packages can be tracked via www.trackitonline.ru/?service=track. After we have shipped the goods we will provide your tracking number.
- The customer is required to track the item throughout the parcel’s journey.
